Our Policy If you have any problems or are unable to place an online order, please email us at sales@airlinehydroponics.com or call us at (800) 570-7657. Please make check/money order payable to Airline Hydroponics. Include your Invoice # on the check/money order; order will not be shipped until payment has been received. Checks must clear bank before shipping. After 60 days, if payment is not received, the transaction is cancelled. There will be charge applied to all returned checks. Defective items must be reported within 5 days of shipment. No refunds will be issued, only replacement of defective items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Airline Hydroponics reserves the right to refuse an order or to change prices without notice. If your order cannot be filled under the conditions that you agreed to, you will be contacted for approval by a sales representative. Airline Hydroponics assumes no responsibility for the proper or improper use of any of the products sold on this web site.
